Yes, I’m a copywriter. But what lets me connect with people—and understand how they think—is the sum of all my experiences, both in and outside of work.

I’ve been a researcher. Journalist. Editor. Bartender. Salesperson. Entrepreneur. Bookkeeper. Producer in the independent film industry.

The throughlines? Listening. Communicating. Writing with clarity and purpose -- to inform, connect, and inspire action.

Those skills come together in my work as a copywriter for midlife wellness brands and coaches. Because when your goal is to help people live well in the second half of life, your message deserves to be heard clearly and authentically.

When I'm not writing, I'm moving. Hiking, doing cardio kickboxing, lifting weights, practicing Pilates, walking, dancing, or doing poses on my yoga mat -- my Fitbit tracking every move.

I love exploring new places and cultures through travel, and I'm happiest when surrounded by books, art, and live performance. Reading feeds my imagination. Writing feeds my soul.

Cooking and baking healthy meals keeps me grounded -- and my cat keeps me calm.

At the heart of it all are two constants: wellness and lifelong learning. They influence how I live, how I view the world... and how I write.
